    About Sandfox

    Why I started Sandfox

The wedge between buyers and sellers keeps getting wider. I've seen it from every angle. The harder growth got, the more money we threw at automating a broken process, and the more we automated, the more buyers tuned out. It's a struggle I know firsthand, and one I owned from the top as CEO of my last company. But at its heart, both sides actually want the same thing: the buyer wants real value, and the company wants to deliver it. So I decided to build something to bring the two sides back to common ground.

    Our vision

We think every business interaction should adapt to the buyer, not force the buyer to adapt to it. In five years, we want "starting over" to be something no buyer ever has to do, and "guessing what my buyers want" to be something no seller ever has to say.

    What we believe

    • Buyers should lead.

Our job is to help them get where they are already going, not push them somewhere they are not ready for.

    • Sales stays human.

Enterprise buyers want to talk to real people, and they should. Our job is to make those conversations better, not to replace them.

    • Relevance beats volume.

The answer to buyers tuning out is not more outreach. It is meeting them with something actually worth their attention.

    • No black boxes.

If the product feels like magic, we have failed. You should always understand why a buyer saw what they saw.

    Where we are now

Today it's Craig and me: Craig writing the code, and me talking to every customer. We built the first version with Vivek, one of super{set}'s founders, and working with them keeps us focused on the product and our customers, so we can build the right thing faster. We're a few months in, still figuring plenty out, and moving fast.
