What is a minted link?
Minting is generating a unique Sandfox link for a specific person or account before you send it. The link carries known context — who the recipient is, which topic to open on, which campaign it belongs to — so the experience starts already oriented instead of asking from scratch. Links can be minted individually or in bulk from a list.
One link, one recipient
Each minted link is unique and attributable to the person it was sent to.

Role, account and entry topic are set at generation, so the first screen is already relevant.
Minted is not opened
Most minted links are never opened. The ratio between the two is the metric that matters.
A minted link is how known context reaches a session that would otherwise begin anonymously. It is what lets outbound and follow-up experiences continue a conversation rather than restart one, and it is why a session from a minted link can identify the buyer without asking them to fill anything in.
A thousand links minted for an outbound sequence. A hundred and thirty are opened. Every one of those hundred and thirty arrives already knowing who it is talking to and what they were written to about.
